2. Description of Service

Dihadi is an AI-powered workforce matching platform that connects daily wage workers with contractors. Our services include:

Hyperlocal job matching based on location, skills, and availability.
Multi-channel communication via WhatsApp, Voice calls, SMS, and mobile app.
OTP-based attendance verification at job sites.
Digital wage tracking and trust scoring.
Labour management tools for contractors.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dihadi. By using our platform, you represent that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement and are not barred from using the services under applicable Indian law.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 For Workers

Provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and availability.
Arrive at job sites on time and complete assigned work diligently.
Verify attendance through the OTP system provided.
Maintain professional conduct at all job sites.

4.2 For Contractors

Provide accurate job descriptions, locations, and wage information.
Ensure safe and lawful working conditions at all sites.
Pay agreed wages promptly upon job completion.
Use the platform's verification system for attendance tracking.

5. Platform Fees

Dihadi may charge platform fees for certain services, including premium features, job posting subscriptions, and AI-powered analytics. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before any charges are applied.

6. Trust and Reputation System

Dihadi maintains a trust scoring system based on job completion rates, attendance records, punctuality, and user feedback. Scores are calculated objectively and may affect your visibility and priority in job matching. Repeated violations of these terms may result in score reduction or account suspension.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information about your identity, skills, or job requirements.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Circumvent the platform to avoid paying applicable fees.
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
Attempt to manipulate the trust scoring system.
Share OTP verification codes with unauthorized parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dihadi acts as a matching platform and is not an employer or contractor. We are not liable for:

The quality of work performed by workers.
Working conditions at contractor sites.
Disputes between workers and contractors regarding wages or work terms.
Any loss or damage arising from the use of our platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Dihadi at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms of Service. You may also discontinue using our services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
